After speaking with him, he told us, “People would call saying their sinks were leaking. It would be on the weekend while I was on the couch with my girls. I told them my price was higher for emergency calls. They didn’t even hesitate. They booked on Monday or Tuesday instead.”

As a result, Ryan has been taking less “emergency calls” and has been home more often.
